In keeping with his propensity for creating a parody of anything that happens in popular music (some might recall his parody of the damaged rock star turning to daytime TV by having his own short-lived show on Saturday mornings), Weird Al Yankovic has leaked his own upcoming album… with the title, “The Internet Leaks.” If this were the 1960s, he might have deliberately hidden his masters in the basement and called them the “Lost Basement Tapes.”

But Al is one of the increasing number of artists embracing the future of music. After all, he did change it forever some 25 years ago…
