Recently I had the chance to sit down and talk shop with Terry Kerr, Department head at the Nimbus School of Recording Arts. A school co-founded by legendary Canadian producer Bob Ezrin, GGGarth Richardson, Mike McCarty and Kevin Williams. This is part 3 of 6. Topics covered are everything from the monetizing free, calling fans to action, the value of modern music, social networking vs. viral marketing, sponsorship opportunities for indies, targeted permission marketing, Seth Godin, Top Spin, and more.
Here is Part 4 of this new music discussion with Terry Kerr.
